Sausage Making Workshop

On Saturday May 18th, Pam at Porkery Hill will be holding a workshop on Sausage Making at the Porkery Hill property in Nowra Hill.  Pam will teach us how to make sausages wrapped in Caul Fat.

A Picnic Lunch of sausages, bread roll and salad will be provided. Cost is $30 per person, and spaces are limited to 10 per workshop, so bookings are essential.

There are two workshop times, the first is from 10.00am, the second is from 11.00am.
