Conversation about Sustainable Seafood

Slow Food Berry to Jervis Bay is pleased to offer Members an opportunity to discuss issues around sustainable seafood and what we each can do to help in this important issue.
The discussion will be lead by Ellis Higgins, a keen local fisherman, who primarily uses spear fishing to select the seafood for his family’s consumption.
We’ll look at local businesses and volunteer organisations that put practices in place to improve and sustain fish supply. Also, are all sustainable practices good and fair food for all?
